From the book Double Fudge, my Deep Thinking Question is...... why does Fudge keep on asking about money?
My connection for Double Fudge is "When my little sister does something embarrassing in public my big sister hopes no one from her school will see her and then my big sister walks away and pretends she is from a normal family just like Peter does when Fudge is doing something embarrassing.
My deep thinking question for Double Fudge is "Why doesn't Peter's mom like to talk about money?
My Connection is that when Peter's friend Jimmy moves to SoHo, it is like my friend Sai moves out of my apartment.

Nice comments group members!!!Just like Jonathan said, I was wondering why does Fudge keep on asking about money!!!I think my answer to that question is that because he might see his parents spending money on items they need and he was really curious of how they got that money.Another answer to that is that maybe he wants to be really rich when he saw those big money in his parents wallet.

I think either she doesn't exactly like money, like when she said that a family and a home to shelter in was much more important than the amount of money they had. Or, she actually is not very rich.

To answer Chinmaya's question....Why is Fudge so rude to strangers even though his and Peter's mom tells Fudge no to? I think Fudge was born to be rude and he doesn't really care if he's rude because he doesn't get a punishment.

I think the answer to Ishan's deep thinking is because if adults tell how much money they have, other people might ask for your money and thats not good if that happens so that is why Peter's mom never talks about money!!
